To her delight Synder laid there on the damp sand allowing Claire to absorb the moment of her daughter actually being here. Her slanted ears curved forward as nostrils flared breathing the sour scent of the lagoon in. Mixed emotions flooded through Claire as Synder stood up. A smile spread across her pale portal meanwhile soft ocean blue eyes looked over the ebony mare. Synder was dangerously close to being the same height of Claire, in-fact the pale mare was quite certain that her daughter would either end up the exact height as she, or taller like her father

Synders soft touch to her shoulder shook Claire from her thoughts as she turned to run her own lips on her daughter’s cheek affectionately. Claire now knew that physically Synder was doing alright for she was lanky and slightly awkward but filling out quite nicely. She’d be like herself, not super skinny but not chunky. More delicate and dainty like Claire’s mother Sylvia.

Suddenly Synder leaped away from her and made a complete circle before moving even further away. Her mucles quivered with excitement and what seemed to be pent up energy. Laughing Claire launched herself forward and came barreling up next to her daughter before she touched her nose to Synder’s stomach and danced away. Snaking her head playfully Claire released a call just out of joy that her daughter was here and alive and trying to coax her to chase Claire as she lead her up away from the beach and into to valley part of the ridge where the long slanted rocks stood proud keeping the lithosphere protected from the sea that could turn angry in a blink of an eye.
