She felt like she was on cloud nine right now, it wasn't so much that she was heading back to Oni, no, in fact it was more so that she was home. Every bit of joy that could be mustered up within her tiny body was felt as she practically skipped into the Fields, she'd asked Oni to stay here because she didn't even know if Spirane was still under her mothers nurturing hand or if someone had tried to take it once again. She knew her parents could handle their own but she worried about them, all this fighting had to wear on them hard and her mother seemed slightly reserved when she'd seen her in Spirane a day or so ago. But she had agree'd to meet Ceal's new friend and that made her all the more happy to bring Oni home with her.

She knew that no one could replace the feels she had in her chest when ever she looked at Meryl and it would be hard to get over seeing his face in anything other than a friends mind set, but she was already five years old and it was about time that she took her life in her own hands, even if it ment closing up a part of her heart so that all those feelings for Meryl didn't get to come back up to the surface like they always did when she thought of him. Meryl was a friend now, just that, nothing more. It felt like she was leaving a part of her behind when she'd found him by the riverside and she still had his scent upon her coat when she'd gone to Spirane to see her family and make sure everything was as it should be, the scent was now fainter and covered in the smells of her mother and the newest batch of siblings that she'd come across. She smiled thinking of the two squirming pups. One day she would have her own litter and she would be as happy as her mother was, despite the one that didn't move. She felt her heart sink for a moment as she thought of the stillborn pup that had lain on the dens floor. Even the pups didn't want to come to close to it. How sad really.

Her paws had carried her small frame all the way from Spirane to the forests edge where the fields she had told Oni to wait in where, her nose tilted back as she scented the air, ears perked to see if she could hear anything around her. The soft tang of blood was in the air mixed with his own heady scent. Yes, she would have to put her feelings for Meryl on the back burner, she had someone else to pester and she felt a little giddy when she finally found him waiting for her, standing just as if she'd left him like that. Her tail wagged excitedly as she raced up to him, planting all sorts of kisses upon the underside of his jaw and smiling up at him with those baby pink eyes. "I'm so glad you waited," she said finally taking a seat back when he squirmed from her touch like he always did. He was a year younger than her but you wouldn't know it with how they both acted around each other. She had always been the more excitable creature, even amidst her own siblings. It was easy though to tell that she was not of a blood relation to any of the wolves in Spirane though if you went to some where like Diveen or Tavoria you might see other wolves with the same faint to bright red streaks as she had. "I'm really hungry Oni, could we maybe grab something to eat before we go to Spirane?" she asked giving her head a tilt as her tail thumped on the ground, nothing to big though, she still had night terrors about the ram and it's nasty horns.
