News - SUMMER
Summer has arrived. The world has been well at peace, and others seem to be trying to take advantage. They believe we are lazy and complacent. We are no such thing. Remain vigilante, friends and family.
Give your congratulations to Maiko. She has been promoted to Blizzard; she earned it.
We also have an activity check going. Please reply so I can make adjustments accordingly. Check will go for an entire month so we can hopefully capture everyone.
As always, if you have need of me, do not hesitate to find me.

My Soul Has Awakened IP: 24.27.101.126 Posted on March 29, 2014 at 03:04:03 PM by Phaedra
She watches as her sister has a fit in the mud. It is simply unbecoming of any angel to slap around in the mud. She shakes her head head slightly, her wild violet eyes closing as she thinks upon that day the True Angel came to visit her. She opened her brilliant nebulous eyes, nudging her sister in an effort to hold her attention. It seems to be successful, which brings a gentle smile on her russet brown lips. Sure, her sister is being a little...rough around the edges, but certainly it is something that can be fixed.
Her curiosity is appreciated, and I lift my head lovingly as her beautiful young voice rings out on this day blessed with light, with the song of my sister's curious voice trilling along with the call of birds. She asks of the True Angel, and thing that is pleasing, but she shows her ignorance in this moment too. Although I do not doubt that Grandfather was tooting his own horn. He is a rather egotistical man, one who needs to be...pacified for his false words. I shake my head, my nebulous eyes drifting from my sister out into the treeline.
"Sister, Grandfather has no mark, nor does his parents. It is our Grandmother, Zeivah, that gave us our marks. She is dead though, died from the heaven itself. You are misinformed, dear sister," she states confidently, looking back down upon her sister with her face most wild and untamed. Her eyes divert to her sister rubbing mud upon her mark, her face wrinkling slightly at the sight of it.
"Sister, do not touch your mark with mud. It is rude to yourself. Have more respect," she says harshly, scolding her for being so careless. The large female of sunset hues turns, leading her sister away from the muddy water's edge and into the grass where she can wipe off her paws. It is then her sister tries to place her paw against Phaedra's leg, Phaedra moving it fast enough away but still getting a tug with her jaws. She shook her off roughly, head motioning for her to follow as she asks about the powers the True Angel provides. Her eyes narrow slightly at her sister's desire to simply 'kick ass'. Strange one, she is.
"I had experienced it when I was your age, dearest sister. She made the world more colorful to my eyes. She made me feel pure joy within my heart in a way you have never experienced or could image. The world moved and bent at my will. I believe she is capable of much, dear sister, and that...it was only a small taste of the True Angel's power," she said, coming to halt in the grass and sitting upon her dark haunches. The wind blew slightly, causing Phaedra to sniff the wind with eyes closed. The True Angel must be near, somewhere outside the border. She opens her eyes, catching sight of the glittering Sapphies of her sister. Truly, her eyes are beautiful, and Phaedra can appreciate the differences she holds from her little sibling.
"What the True Angel wishes, goes above all. I believe she wishes to see you, as the wind has told me this. She tells me things through the wind, sister. That is part of the power she gave me," she said with a looming grin. Her grin looks innocent and genuine enough, but deep inside there was deceit growing inside her young heart that even she was unaware of. She only wished to experience what she had before, and to share such things with her sister.
"Come, we must go. It is our destinies as Angels," she commands, lifting her large and powerful puppy form. She holds herself with confidence and dominance, a thing all too common in her bloodline, but her confidence was of a different sort. Something so deeply ingrained in her mind - another gift of the True Angel. Her paws of darkness carry her through the grass, going forward and only looking back to make sure she follows.
