If you are a experienced 'Basser you -can- become an excellent Saugeye 'Chaser. You need to learn how to do off-shore jiggin' and become a very 'wile-e die-hard Troller, in addition to your castin' skills that you already have.
1st develop/refine the above 'skills and read up on how you 'chase -Saugeye-. Next step will be to forget the daytime "luck"-bite for dinks & think of the after dark-bite for >consistant< catches of over 5-6 lbers...
