He cares not if the mother is annoyed that he is here. This is his land, and he will come and go as he pleases. Truly, she is being offered the protection of the pack while she is here with her child. A thing most precious, if even it releases a bit of stress of being a loner with a pup. She never had to leave the pup alone in a den by herself while she hunted, risking losing her little daughter to a bear or hungry cougar. There was an undeniable advantage to raising pups in a pack, and Andras figured she knew this by now, and thus his presence was tolerated even if it wasn't exactly welcomed. He does not acknowledge it however. He simply holds his gaze as she twists her tail in irritation. He wasn't going to be here long. He had better things to do anyway.

She speaks of not wanting to attend the blood ceremony, and quite honestly he hardly care if she came or not. He simply offered, a gesture of kindness from the brute who does understand the connection of a mother and child. However, if she doesn't wish to attend then so be it. It was probably the pup who would want her there most, and yet he hardly knew anything of this pup to being with. He had not even set his eyes on her yet, or acknowledged her presence. It was not the way of the Demons to coddle and spoil pups. If she wanted to gain attention, gain rank and power among the Demons, then the young girl would have to make it happen. A simple test of his will is to ignore her and see how she reacts, though there is no one real answer to his little game.

"So be it, do as you wish," he said simply, his sunset orbs still burning away the ice of her own. There was much thought going on behind those crystalline blue eyes. He was not ignorant to the ticking of the mind. He wondered if she was as cold as she let on to be, if she would have trouble actually leaving her child behind or if she just thinks she can do it now. Once the moment actually comes, at the end of summer as she says, then they will all know. Some mothers are quite attached to their children, but perhaps she is not. Andras would be here for the young girl though. He would ensure her growth and prosperity, her ability to rise among wolves. He will ensure she turns out nothing like her father, less it is in her blood, but he knows environment plays a part in ones development. He needed strong wolves, not cowards, and he would make her into a brave girl yet. His dark visage tangled with red snakes nods in acknowledgement to her words, his gaze still not meeting with that of the girl until she seems to finally muster up some courage, and to do as Demons do. She walks towards him, his eyes still not diverting until the moment she opens her mouth. It is then he slowly turns his massive head towards her, his foreboding form towering over her as she puts much effort into the tone of her voice. He observes her, listens to her words with his red-tipped ears. He is pleased to hear she wishes to be a Demon, she wishes to be more than her parents. A demonic grin crawls onto his face like a slithering eel, his cracked lip only opening more as a sign of injuries past.

"You are correct, young one. And let this be your first lesson," he booms, his head leaning in and down some as he comes to observe her more closely, to give an aura of danger to him to see how she reacts, though he wish not to harm her in this moment.

"You must speak to me first to be acknowledged. The others older wolves will do the same. Never forget it," he stated, his voice hot like flames with a touch of a chuckle as he raises his head once more, a smug and satisfied look falling onto his features. This one takes heavily after her mother, but that is no surprise. Who else does she spend time with? Yet Andras was not always the fondest of wolves wishing to be so cold with their exterior. Andras could easily be described as hot and passionate, a kind most willing to melt the ice of those hiding their very soul. The girl may have hope yet, as she then voices her desire to leave her mother's side and to finally venture out to meet her future pack. One single side of his lips tugs back into a smirk, his brow lifting as he turns his eyes and attention back to the mother. Well? What will it be?
