She was not very surprised she had been released but the gesture after it had stirred her curiosity. The fem spoke and she picked up some that had not been swept away by her laughter. She was not sure what she meant entirely and yet part of her liked the words that came from her companion. She observed the older female while shaking out her coat though she could clean herself up later for her next eventful day but for now she will remain with her muddy limbs and coat in wait for her companion to speak once more and yet words do not come.

As the fem turned away and moved off she gazed back and this caught Maeves attention. She had grown curious and quite fond of the fem. So much so she wasn’t willing to admit she wanted to know more of her. She took the glance as an option to fallow and perhaps learn more of this strange woman and pack… an option she would not pass up. She found herself making her way to the fems shoulder studying to see if she could learn what could be in store. There was a reason she was not tossed from the pack lands and perhaps what was in mind could benefit her she was willing to check it out at the very least.

“I do not know your name.” It is a simple statement but it should have been clear that she was interested in knowing who she was free to enjoy the company of. She embraced the fact she would never fully be under anyone even in a pack and yet she could no doubt play the part of the dutiful pack wolf but maybe this fem was different… maybe she is worth the interest she holds for one such as she to be in a pack it must be in interesting one worth some effort but when have they ever been worth the time and effort in the past? Maybe it was too much thought for this day… “Tell me… what is it you see in a pack?” She asked curiosity and yet a hint of distaste lingered in her tone not entirely sold on its benefit to a wolf’s life.
