My S
Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

The scent in the air becomes a bit more thick with green as they edge close to where the woods begin to play. Phaedra welcomed the wild scents into her nose, drawing them in like life itself as she inhales deeply. Her silky black paws continue forth, leading with a great confidence that shone like her very own sunset pelt. She was a true natural, her lifeblood fueled by the essence of Alpha and myth. She did not hesitate as she got to the point of crossing over the border. There was nothing to fear, nothing to hold her back. Perhaps someone should have been around to stop them, but Phaedra was just playing with her dear little sister, what was there to worry about?

Her eyes of stunning nebulous jewels, gleaming in the subtle sunlight that filtered through the treetops. Her inner mind ticks as she notices a flaw most disturbing lingering within her dearest younger sister - a flaw of hesitation. Phaedra's eyes begin to narrow as her sister looks back, how own optics watching only for a moment before she pushes forth towards the unknown. If her sister does not follow, then her sister is not worthy. It is as simple as that in the mind of the young sunset girl. She would visit the True Angel on her own if that was the case.

Yet her sister overcomes her ways of hesitation and lack of faith, bounding back to follow her heavenly sister towards true redemption in the angel marked eyes of the True Angel. There are more tests to be had, tests of strength of body and mind. Phaedra, too, had her own difficulties. She may be larger than her sister, and larger than many her age due to her oddly fast growth, but she was still no adult. There were times when the grass was wild and tall, her own large form having to barrel through it. On the softer parts of her body, even the sharp blades of grass penetrated past her young fur and made gentle cuts in her flesh, like paper cuts so delicate on the most top layer of skin. It was hardly noticeable, but still something of note.

"My darling, these new grounds are tests, of our will and of our bodies," she states with pride, looking upon her for a moment before she continues through the woods. "You are proving yourself, my sister, and of this, you bring me pride and joy" she states with a deceptive grin, one most pleasing and rewarding for her sister. She is lingering close to Phaedra now, and the larger sister of sunset hues did not want her sister upset or scared. Kindly her muzzle lowered to lick her forehead, a lick of encouragement and confidence. Yet she does not showing the girl in affection, one lick is enough. The world had become a bit darker than before. Veils of shadows from high trees and whipping vines cast upon the world ahead. Moss grows giving the land a stunning look of rich green. Phaedra nudges her sister once more, urging her onto a small clearing of short ferns as Calliel speaks. Her voice is more timid than usual, quiet in a way and she holds herself tall and fearless as an example, for Phaedra is keen on the most subtle differences in her sister's demeanor, and she sure as angels isn't going to do the same. She moves to rest among the low ferns, light filtering in and little pieces of dust glits and glimmer in the thin rays.

"Do not voice your doubt in this moment. Do not show your weakness of mind or body. Be patient, sister, be strong. If she does not show by sun fall, then so be it. We cannot let ourselves be caught up in what has not yet happened," she stated, nodding slightly as she looked deep into the woods. Truly, she was a confident beast, but truly, she knew not what she does. Her mind has been morphed, taken astray but she knew it not. She only knew what she felt deep inside, and she knew by the taste of the wind that the True Angel would come.
