Probably wouldn't help to call the Sheriff, they would just pass the buck. The GW may look into it but hard to prove after the fact, atleast they will know to keep an eye out for the specific vehicle or person. It's irritating that there are people that purposely break laws and also irritating that some people are just too ignorant to check the regulations, same as deer hunting.
