-Just a FYI about April Bass...

I caught a 6lb 4oz Bass on April 2 1972 in the Bear Wallow pads that was weighed at Gabby Acheson's & went on his board, I was a member of the Northside BassMasters back then. (weed-wader spinner-bait)

I caught a 6lb 9oz Bass on April 15 1996 on the Pew hump breaks while pullin' for Saugeye... (1/4 oz Rattle-trap)

Lots of 5 lbers over the years, but these are my only April 6 pounders out of Indian Lake
.
As far as the rest of the year the old Upper Sandusky Res (long before they put the new concrete ramp in) comes in number #1 for numbers of over 6 pounder L-Bass and I've caught one 7-2 pounder out of Bresslers in Lima in the 80s... (Hot n' tot after dark fishin' for Walleyes)
