At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

The great brute tilted his over sized amber skull to the side in utter amusement. It was a completely disconnected gesture from his character, making him seem almost childlike for a moment. Golden orbs remained steady and unblinking as he watched her. She was a funny little thing. Laying out so relaxed in the open as she had been, one might think she would have been a bit more expecting of unpronounced guests. Apparently this wasn't the case. He supposed inwardly that not everyone was a highly trained operative that was so paranoid and robotic that they counted the damn stars at night to make sure nothing was out of place. Not that counting all the stars was possible, but it was easy to keep track of constellations, and important planetary markers. But this was besides the point.

Peii sat quietly, completely unmoving as he allowed her the moment she needed to re-orient herself with reality. He wanted to laugh, really he did, she moved so quickly and was very quick on her feet but her heart raced so fast he secretly worried he may have just killed a fae via surprise greeting. It was more the way she calmed herself so quickly and obviously, and stood so well poised that made him almost burst with laughter, but he held his stance. He still refrained from moving a muscle, he even kept his breathing shallow so as to avoid any further wild outbursts. His golden gaze could have burned a hole through her tiny bodice, while he observed her glance at the water, processing his words now that her mind had recovered.

She still emanated a slight smell of fear beneath her flowers and honeydew. But she covered it very well, and to anyone else, it would be pretty much impossible to connect this poised little fae with the frantic startled creature that had scrambled before him only moments before. She softly voiced her unnecessary apologies. In response, the beast remained silent, instead dipping his head as he allowed a handsome, sideways, childish smile to play across his thick maw. He made quick not of her glance at his slightly battered body, he inwardly urged his wounds to stay dormant while he had a chat with the curious little one. He had just startled her heart into her throat, he didn't need overly bloody wounds to push her even further way. He had to fight the urge to go back into the water and allow the pressure to his his secret.

Peii was snapped back into full focus when she spoke once more referring to his question. He thought for a moment, considering the options, and her clever reply. He let slip a smooth chuckle, appraising her in a new, almost respected light. Orbs sparkled and gleamed as his eyes lit up with a smile.

"I suppose you could really do either. Although I had intended upon the notion of entering."

He considered her for a second as she sat, finally relaxed enough to not be completely afraid of him. the beast had still yet to move anything other than his mouth and eyes. He spared a moment to regard the cold liquid once more, thinking hard about her restraint from disturbing the blue abyss.

"It is impossible to disturb beauty, by simply adding more beauty"
