Fir Chilis is the name given to the dense string of forested land that fills much of Blossom Forest. There are two different populations, depending on where in the land you are. To the north lays the deciduous forest, full of maples, oaks, birches, and beeches. To the south lay a coniferous forest full of pines and firs. No matter where you are, the trees shelter you from the sun and the rain and the snow. Take care not to get lost in the woods however - you may never find your way out. There are other dangerous here too - predators waiting for their own prey. While the land is prosperous they do not pose too much of a threat, but whenever famine or drought hits, they will attack anything... even other Putnar.

Those looking to hunt will find the forests well stocked - there are white-tailed deer, turkeys, red squirrels, chipmunks, mermots, and moose.

Hind end skidding slightly to the right, Vaccaro felt his forelegs slide just a tad further then he had intended. Starring over the precipice, the boy’s muscular body tensed to hold him in balance. Sheer cliffs dropped away right under his eyes. It was somewhat like being winded - only for a moment though - like his very heart had dropped right through his chest. A grin curved over his broad maw; in the balance, an inch more and it was all over. It was satisfying. He knew his body would perform to the optimum level when he required it. At that moment, every nerve alighting his skeleton was calm, but alive.

Whisking by him, Macartni settled for higher. For just a second longer, Vaccaro let himself hang over the edge, then he shifted his weight and strode off after her - every muscle rippling smoothly beneath his windblown cloak. Settling down a foot or so apart, he let his thoughts wander. Rich amber eyes glowing like embers, Vaccaro sigh - the air left his body in a great tremulous current, catching in his broad chest and reverberating like the whispery rumble of distant thunder. There had been more than a few souls who thought they could break him free of his glacial prison. To each, his heart had pleaded forgiveness, for although the brute had long since forsook his aura of dreams, a lingering tendril still wrapped itself over his own soul - condeming him to a never ending search for the eternally lost.

Vaccaro resisted the urge to stare at Macartni. Like a bird tamed to a cage, he wasn’t made to follow - once he had made his own footprints, felt the wind on the front line. Sometimes the charming carnivore dwelled under the urge to roar out the anguish of his frustration, break the bars of his dreadful, internal cage. Sometimes, he grew stone cold and somber as an enticing fantasy’s of tearing into his white companions fur and flesh - venting his own decay - flitted across those gorgeous embers. And other times? Other times he begged himself to stare into her portals and convince her that he was dangerous - a beast caged for much to long, for whom there was no release without violent destruction. Yet, the boy only smiled gently and agreed readily. He mourned for his lost shadow - a wolf who was just as kind, but more sincerely; just as strong, but more freely; just as faithful, but as a whole - not just this faded imprint of what once was.

This place - d’you think they really do rule all of it, the others I mean…?. By others he meant the commoners as much as he meant the alphas. Sure, the packlands only covered a small area of the land, but every other inch of it seemed to be flooded with ignorant, preocupied fools who held passions such as status, and reputations.

OOC: hehe okay so yeah this post was a bit weird… hope you don’t mind. I wanted to throw in an extra dimension to him cuz i felt like he was to flat a character…. don’t worry hes not gonna try something funky on Macartni (for the foreseeable future anywhoo).
