You'd have to be a fool to not be startled as the wolf suddenly shot up from his laying down position and spun to stare at you, Mortz even in all his bulk still started and had to wave his tail to expell any excitedness that wanted to bubble forth. Preditors are often started into an attack from such a thing but Mortz had proper training from his father, god rest his soul, and his brother. He swept the feelings away with each slow flick of his tail, calming him self down in the process. A toothy grin spreads across his lips and his usually kindness sparkler, that's what Miss Everchime called it, because he was so huge she said he had some sort of special sparkle in his eyes that would tell a wolf if he was friendly or not.
The male sniffed, apparently testing his scent to see just who he was, this was something he was used to, after a few moments the other seemed to deem him of no threat and Mortz wagged his tail happily as he to took a seat where he was standing. His head tilted to the side as the other spoke, he waited to see if there was any more to come and when it didn't seem like the other was gonna speak much more Mortz decided it was time for him to speak up again. "Well, I've done a few of those, and my mother always used to put Aloe on my paws when they hurt, you want me to find you some? sure there's some around here some where," he said looking to the other male to see if this was what he wanted.
"If your running from something, I'll make sure it don't eat ya, I mean... I'm no small pup any more," he said with a chuckle. Kinda happy to find another male, perhaps this guy would like to come back to Glorall with him, "a swim in the salt waters of Glorall would probably help ya heal to if ya needed that, I mean... it feels pretty darn good after a day of battles really" who was he to complain about battles, really he'd never had his own battles but he had trained. Oh he had trained, every day, every hour. He'd had to keep himself busy, what with thinking Miss Everchime was dead, and then Rio coming back to Glorall... and the girl of colors... well he had a lot on his mind, all of which had to do with girls.
