Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Renegade wasn't really prepared to fight the younger male, not by any means. He seemed friendly enough, and even if this was some sort of set up for an ambush, he could easily hide himself amongst the rocks if he needed to. Besides, the fact that the other had let him express dominance surely spoke a lot as well. His posture relaxed slightly as his crimson eyes looked over the ebony brute, his coat marked with red. The other was built like a warrior, tall and heavy. Essentially the polar opposite of Renegade, who tended to take on the look of 'dashing rogue'; he was small and swift, agile and smooth-talking. The tri-colored wolf snorted amusedly as the other shook his head, clearly disagreeing with the notion that Renegade needed no protection. Fine. If the boy wanted to stick by him for a while, so be it. His tail gave a small wave as the other seated himself, though Renegade gave no indication that he would do the same. Perhaps he had relaxed a bit, but not that much.

The older male snorted, flashing the other a crooked grin. "Yeh, trust me, I know all about those bad 'uns." he said with a flick of his ears. Guardian wouldn't know what he meant by that, of course. Renegade didn't really like to think of himself as "bad" though... He was an artist, and his canvas was things that didn't belong to him. Yeah, okay. Maybe his view of "bad" was a little bit skewed in his favor. Renegade tilted his head as the other introduced himself. I see we both live up to our names. the wolf mused, his crimson eyes looking steadily at the other. "Well, it's a pleasure to meet'cha, Guardian." he said with a nod of his head, the same easygoing smirk remaining on his maw. "S'pose some company wouldn't be the worst thing." the russet wolf said with a shrug of his shoulders.

Renegade wasn't really scared of anything. He never had been and never would be. He had spit in Death's face many times before, and he walked a blurry line between bravery and foolishness. He was a loose cannon in every sense. "Name's Renegade." he offered, but that was as much as he would give. "Don't really care t'say where I come from." He glanced around at the rocks surrounding them. "Mind telling me a bit about where I've found m'self?"
