I've obtained what I wanted for a while now. A home to call my own and I can put the time into rebuilding it. Spring Grounds has so much work to be done, but in the long run it'll be worth it. Right as of now though, I'm taking my last joys of having free time. Once I head full throttle into rebuilding my broken kingdom, I doubt there will be any free time. Although, I didn't truly mind. I challenged for the land and on the circumstances I'll need to prove to the inhabitants that I'm trust worthy.

For now I'll take a nice walk and... My how, daunting. My single earthen orb slowly looked up the vertices incline. Opening wide as it laid sight on the many hued arch in the sky. Slowly my limp banner swayed to the delightful sight. The yearning to see it closer almost to much to explain immediately got my legs moving. About mid-climb was when my legs began wobbling from hoisting my massive frame up the cliff side.

Even more difficulty was dealt when I nearly slipped off when I misplaced a paw and when depth perception failed me I nearly tumbled off again. Yet, I was determined to get my heavy frame up to the top. Being bulky had it's advantages, but at times like these it sucked. A lot. My salmon appendage was hanging from my lower jaw by the time I reached the high place. Thudding to the ground with a sigh of relief. I DIDN'T DIE. This phrase echoed in my head as I panted, but my eye caught a glimpse of color and quickly my legs pushed me back up.

Walking over, more of a stalk really, I sat down with my head tilted up. There it was, breath taking. Yes, I've seen rainbows before. Many times in fact, but this. This made it worth while. I think I appreciated it more since I nearly died several times, but hey it was still breath taking and I was content with that.
