His mother returned his affection with nuzzles and licks of her own. The wolf that came shortly after himself, bugged him. Aggression was apparent of her face, as she spit out multiple insults. Shortly after others followed while the other she-wolf continued to make a spectacle of herself. one of the last few to arrive was his sister anger and frustration flashed in her eyes, he went to her and nuzzled her neck in hopes of calming her; their brother still nowhere to be seen which worried him. His ears twitched as his mother spoke mainly addressing Skully, about what happened, 'So Purge didn't show, that would explain a lot, including mom's lack of wounds'.

He jolted slightly when the harsh speaking female addressed him, the 'smile' on her face unnerving him slightly. "While I will admit that you didn't, you still have a brain in that skull and only you know what you’re thinking." he said logically. Skully continued on, about Purge's and Moonglow's honor and continued to put down his mother's. After Skully stopped talking again he interjected, "My mother had full intention of fighting Purge, Purge's downfall was to no fault, but her own. However, while agree mom should stop blaming and, as you say, bashing Purge. My problem is how Purge said 'it was an accident', Purge is a full grown wolf that no doubt has experience, saying it was an accident is like saying she doesn't know her own strength."

Skully turned and stormed off, but while she was still in earshot, he turns to his mother, "She has a point, you will gain no respect through talking about Purge like that, and respect will already be an issue because you didn't fight. The rest of the pack could become more unstable, because they do not know whether or not they are under the strongest leader possible. Therefore you'll have a harder time gaining their respect and admiration." then took his seat next to her and his sister again.
