Now, I am a traditional woman. That doesn’t mean I don’t have fight in me. Hell, I have plenty of fight. I like exploring; I like meeting new equines. I pricked my ears forward and chewed on what Pilar said. I didn’t know this Kasabian, but it sounded like he was her stallion. I was a bit worried, I had seen first hand what happens when a mare challenges the wrong stallion. You could see it in the dull scars on my gold coat.

Then again, there was always the chance that this Kasabian was a brother or father or something. Maybe even a lover that seemed to be paying a little too much attention to anything else. I looked at the mare and she seemed so excited. There was something mischievous about her antics.

Well, there is always some fun to be had I suppose.

“Ah dun noah Kahsabeen,” I’m quite certain I butchered his name. Oh well. “Where ya’ll ‘eaded? Ludien?” I would suppose if Atlantis was a detour she might be heading to the temperate isles a bit further south. “Cause i’s winna naw. Ah wouldn’ ‘ead da’ way. Ta cold fer meh. Atlan’is is much bedda.”

I smiled and looked out to see if another equine were headed our way. Not seeing anyone I shrugged.

“Wanna ‘ead up where dares shade and wada?” I offered. I was certainly more curious. I’d poke around a bit more. After all, what fun is there in simply being a tattle tale? None at all. At best I’d just encourage her to move along and at least make her presence known to this Kasabien. This Kasabien. Why does that article always seem to fit before someone I don’t know.
