a note on explorations

So, I noticed lately that I'm still the only one who explores legally (as in, my character is not a pirate) even though we made it easier to get a royal permit by removing the IC element.
I talked to a couple of people who said that they were put off from being king's explorers by the fact that the king (and by extension I) got a cut from your winnings.
So! I have been slowly (because Arthur is really unlucky) filling the royal bank with $ and items. These resources are there for YOU if you decide to explore for the king. The plan is to invest in things like food bags and water carriers so people (and this will be good especially for new players) can explore even if they don't have many items or $ in their banks.
This means that if you find treasure on your explore, the king will ask you for a donation to the royal bank. I will never touch the resources in the royal bank to buy things for myself. It is a public fund. This also means that you can't use the resources in it to buy something for you personally, but you can buy items to go into the royal bank to be used by everyone.
