Everchime busies herself with getting the area prepaired first, Heim sits on the edge of the clearing looking in, without actually seeing. She feels guilty for not keeping a better eye on her child and she does not want Cosz to think she is a bad mender expecially now that he has placed such an important task upon her. She pulls the cedar bow through the snow, trying to clear away what she could before she looked back in satisfaction. A nod of her head, she almost turned to Heim and asked him what he thought but another wave of guilt washes over her just as she parts her mouth. "I'm sure it's perfect mother, as always" he says and it makes her start, he can hear the snow crunch under her sudden movement and gives a smile. He seems to have taken the whole situation a heck of a lot better than his parents had. Even if on the inside he feels just as guilty about Sven being missing as she and his father do.
"Yes, well I've done everything I can to make it so, but there's still something missing Heim" the boy was growing in leaps and bounds, just like his other brothers, she smiled as he walked towards her following the sound of her voice as his nose barely graced the forest floor, paws crunching through the soft new snow. "What will you be doing today mother?" he asks as he seats himself close to her body warmth "well Heim, today we're going to see what the other children would like to do as their next step. You'll all be a year old this spring and Coszcotl wants me to make sure all the children are prepaired. Are you prepaired?" she asked him, seriousness tinting the edges of her words some "Yes mother, I would like very much to be a fighter" he seems proud of this fact and puffs up his chest.
Everchime bites her lower lip, he'd been talking about wanting to be a fighter before he'd lost his other eye, being half blind she had gone along with it. Not sure if he could obtain such a rank and now without both eyes she didn't know just how effective he'd be at such a task. He seemed to be coping well without his sight but he rarely left her side and she only hoped that by bringing him to the little gathering that she'd be able to help him get out into the pack and meet the other children. Here, it would be a safe place for them all to meet. "I'm very proud of you," she said softly her nose nudging his cheek, "ugh mother! what if the other children see you doing that," it wasn't so much a question but an exclaimation. Oh they grew up so fast, she lifted her head and a strong but soft call rang forth, asking the children to come forth from their adventures and dens to see what there could be for them in the future. Heim added his own song, mainly because he liked the way his father sang, even if he didn't do it very often, and he wanted to sing just like him one day.

So, cosza said that you could come to see Ever if you were not sure. But I think it would be a good idea to get all the pups together anyways and Ever can get an idea of who's who and what they want to do. xD
