Got out again this morning. This time I put in at Pew and fished out a bit trolling from the island towards the donut shop harbor and around there. Only got 2 eyes early again then couldn't keep cats off my lines. Must have pulled in 20 or so cats until I ran out of bait. One white bass, still full of eggs. Then I ran back into the reserve, around 8:30ish to look for some gill action. Kinda slow fishing, did get a nice perch, no gills to brag about. The carp are wallering big time right now all over back there. When I started catching cats again on my wax worms, I called it a day. Most cats were 12-14" with a couple 16's and one big blue.
