Aplos Riverside

Moladion’s powerful, winding river...
Aplos River is a broad, slow-moving river originating from somewhere beneath the mountains of Spirane and feeding Iromar’s moors in the south. The northern parts of the river are known for their strong currents, with the water becoming slow moving in the south. The riverbanks vary along its course, ranging from soft hummock grasses to small groups of pine, and sometimes nothing but pebbles and sand. Crossing can be difficult at times, but it can be swam or bridged by fallen trees or boulders alike.

As she calls him he looks over her features carefully. The words fall to his ears before as savage snarl ripped from his throat. Aviias was his as was Shiloh. They where his, he was to be at their side and keep them from harm; never to be touched by unworthy scum of the earth. He cared for few creatures he deemed worthy and perhaps his friendship with an Angle Princess and a loner girl would be despised in his pack he didn’t care. “We will rip their beating heart from their body. Take their head from their shoulders.” The growl that reverberated from deep within his chest his anger was reasonable but even if it weren’t; he no longer cared. He wanted to see a corps and lay it as tribute at Aviias paws. Rip the fur from the creatures flesh for the girl to tread upon. No; such a creature to touch his own wasn’t even worth enough to touch the dirt for even the earth would find it an insult. He couldn’t stop the desire to hear the creature that harmed his Aviias scream in agony pleading for her to make the pain stop but no relief would ever come to someone who hurt his beloved friends.

He hadn’t realized he had began to pace nor the fact his growls continued throughout his moments consumed in thought and as quickly as his anger arrived it vanished. He didn’t know who it was to touch his friend but when he did he would do everything in his power to ruin the creature’s life. The pleasure of torturing the scum rather than just killing them right off was worth his patients but for now he is concerned for her. His muscles relax he closes in on Shiloh. She was still larger but it didn’t matter; he was cautious in his approach trying to clean off her muzzle with his warm tongue. There was no pleasure in his desire to clean her muzzle and take in their friend’s blood it was simply nature. He backed away slightly watching her cautiously. He wasn’t a creature for comfort but perhaps in his own way it was implied… “Tell me she will heal well.” He asked as he tried to distance any emotion from him. It was his weakness to care for his friends so he would care without pain… he would try his hardest never show it even if he felt it. Right now he felt it but it was simply consumed by a silence. It was an emotion even in its own right and perhaps she would understand it.
