Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

***Hope its not to bad :)

The gusts of wind rain its gentle fingers through her fur also warning her of a guest she was to meet. Her gaze turned to meet the form of a woman that smelt faintly of Tesseract yet covered Glorall like a shroud. She looked observed her dominate display and was quickly disappointed in the woman. She looked away and back to the waves crashing onto the shore remaining silent for a long moment. “Join me.” She asked keeping her tones soft and relaxed as her thoughts drifted to Warlow. She was always calmed by his scent and simply keeping him on her mind so even now when she is being disappointed by the woman. It was a necessary evil she supposed but others didn’t feel need for such a display but it was alright for now. She was determined to understand all the wolves that she crossed and perhaps this would be a good start.

Perhaps not many could be like Coza although Tesseract was well with her personality she was heavier with her children now and didn’t feel like being frustrated so settled to try and get the woman to understand her way of thinking. “You know my friend, you can relax. I do not want your crown nor am I an intruder in your home. My beloved and I joined under Tesseract.” Perhaps the woman demanded respect but it wasn’t so easily earned and not by a simply display of dominance still perhaps she admitted something about the woman. She could understand fighting for her family and home. Perhaps even he would be no different if the tables were turned. Even still she would defend Warlow and her children with her life so maybe she did have something in common with this woman.

“I am Mistletoe by the way.” She offered before standing to move a bit closer to where the water meets the sand before returning to a sitting position. She was curious as she waited to see if the female would fallow her. She took in the silence between the two of them as the sea birds cries echoed around them. The crash of the waves on the shore; it was peaceful a nice place to call home and hopefully a safe place for her children’s sake. But for now she could learn about her new pack mate and maybe even befriend her. She loved Natu but she lived in her mountain home and Castor has been missing from her for some time. Solaris she would pay a visit and she would always return to her beloved still it never hurt to have the company of her new pack once in a while. She would need to know them at some point right?
