Lexi ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As I walked forward my ears flicked to his comment. Lifting a brow I gave a huff of amusement. Who will be falling for who now? That's funny, probably the funniest thing I've heard in a while. You sure it'll be me falling dearest Rune? Or do you think it's you who has fallen? I trotted farther ahead while I glided my tail across his length. When I reached the caves mouth I sat there waiting. My emerald gaze looking for the obsidian brute. Smiling lightly when I saw him I spoke again. Because from where I'm sitting you've invited me to the cave and have yet to push me away. It'll probably happen though eventually, they always do. This was a fact of nature to me. All males left and never came back. My father left my mother after the bear attack, my brothers were off who knows where same with our adoptive brother Toby, and uncle Hagen hasn't been seen since Willow along with their pups left. It was just a fact of life I had gotten used to. That's why I was in no hurry to jump into the family business. Getting up from my sit I entered the cave and went to the farthest part I could go. When light hit my lids in the morning it was rather bothersome and so the darkest parts were the best.
