Standing next to Skylar Lyden looked around the forest briefly but he didn’t see anyone else coming towards them. He didn’t see anyone else which he thought was odd considering gandy seemed to be all over anyone who came into the forest however he felt relieved. It had been far too long since he had seen Skylar other than when they met up in the falls. He felt the pressure of her weight against him and all he could do was flip his ears back and listen to Skylar’s steady breathing and the suckling of their daughters. Twins, the thought still baffled him but before he could really stew on it Skylar asked him to lead her deeper into the forest.

Nodding Lyden slowly stepped forward and waited a moment so Skylar could move at her own pace while their children moved with them. The girls both snorted when they realized their mother was yet again moving and if he hadn’t been facing away from them Lyden was pretty certain they would probably be glaring at him for making them move. Lyden however took them up the easiest slope and into the dirt trail that fed along the entire forests borderline. He thought of leading them into the main area but also knew that all three of them were extremely worn out and so he decided to take them just a few more paces were a rather large piece of grass was with trees that circled it in an oval position.

Here the grass was soft and thick allowing for Skylar to graze and the girls to lay down to rest if needed, it would even feel sort of like a pillow. Moonshine seemed to stand a little longer and so Lyden looked up at Skylar skimming over her body. ”all three of you should sleep my love, I’ll stay and protect you and once you all wake up and gain some energy we can get you some water” waiting for her response Lyden glanced down just as Meradith with closed eyes groaned and allowed her body to lay on her left side beneath Lyden.
