“I suppose so” Skylar replied to the dark woman, giving her a faint smile before she moved to stand shoulder to shoulder with her. Golden eyes looking out at the view that Black Heart Machine had been seeing, it was such a powerful sight. The strength of the mountain side was enough to take her breath away and for a moment she was wrapped up in the feeling that swirled within her. It had been such a long time since she had felt like she meant something; that power was in her grasp.


Blinking back into the present, Skylar turned her eyes back towards the Vulcan. “I’ve never seen you here before.” She said, her head tilting ever so slightly in her curiosity. “I’ve been coming here since I was a year old, making visits constantly. Impa was here and a mare named Mouse. Anath was the General at the time even, and of course there were the drifters that came and went on this mountain. But you carry yourself with the assurance of someone who has been here for years.” Skylar did not think there needed to be any more explanation on the answer she searched for. Not that Black Heart Machine had to tell her and Skylar would humbly take a no, but there was no harm in at least asking.
