The caves are where it all started. They allowed the first wandering wolves access to the land of Blossom Forest, and afterward housed the monster that had threatened the earliest of inhabitants. The heroes had slain it, yes, but in doing so had also closed off one of the pathways in the caverns, magic blocking one of the many exits to Blossom Forest. But over the years, the original spell has weakened and now the way is clear. What will not only crawl out of the caverns, but erupt from it? The caves now thrum with the ever growing magic wellspring as it spreads out into the land. It is from here that the first vampire of Blossom Forest was corrupted, and it is here that any subsequent vampire will be born. To traverse its paths is dangerous - there is an almost impenetrable darkness, and in that abyss lays many secrets - hidden holes one could fall through, weakened floors, and then of course there is the labyrinthe itself. No one knows what the deeper levels hold - no one has traveled them and survived to tell tales. Not even those who call this place home dares to test their luck by going in deep, deep, deeper. The magic exuding from this place has rearranged the lands - moving packs, changing the terrain. Here the cave looks the same but it is not - it is more dangerous than ever. In addition, outside the mouth of the cave the sacred stones that once stood erect in another place now stand guard. They are colored the most beautiful arrangement of jewel tones, and almost appear to be made of gems themselves, no longer the dull grey they once were. It is within them that all official fights must take place - at the Blican Orlege. Welcome to Drylic Cofa...

~Disappear only to Reappear~

Her embrace filled his heart with incredible warmth. It was endless, the feeling starting to thrum deep in his chest. Her scent flowed down his nares, the light airy perfume forever ingrained in the scripture in the back of his mind. She felt warm underneath him, and he only hoped that every touch he gave her sent the trails of honey flowing through her veins; her being. Because that was all that was happening to him. It was slow, thick. But beautiful in every way. He felt himself moving, the sole purpose of what the staircase was going to lead to not ever crossing his mind. In fact, he didn't want to come back; he had found all that he needed right here. Right now. And soon, the pair of them were outside, tasting the sweet blast of the air that drove him to the point of ebullience: bubbling excitement. Her pelt brushed against his, and he felt a flame burst from the bottom of his gut. If this was what he was going to feel every day, he couldn’t wait to begin. No longer would he have to brood.

Never again would he have to think alone.

He remembered when he had been here for the first time. Athene was just a passing partner in an exploration that had driven Zev almost to insanity. But now it was more than that; it would forever be more than that. His life was starting over; however, he refused to call it a new life. His life was just changing, and so was Athene’s. But again, it as more than just that. Though, something was burning inside of him. It was an itching, longing; a dulcet feeling as well. Zev wanted to move and run. He wanted to do something. Though he felt the cool press of his queen’s fur conflate with his own. It lasted for only moments, but it seemed like years. And when she pulled away, her gleaming eyes peering into the brute’s own, he knew he would never grow old of that; a lifetime would fall short.

““So this is what we were meant to find,
Instead this place was left behind.
Full circle, indeed, we have finally come
And with you, here with me, I feel my heart thrum.

The staircase is something we now know how to find
But exploration of this place if for another time assigned.
A home, together, for just you and me
Is now what we are meant to find, where we are meant to be.”

He nodded, taking her words into his mind and tasting them in his mouth. He rolled over them with his tongue. And a toothy grin separated his kissers.

“I believe a pack is what you have in mind?” The titan nodded once she responded, a head not or speech he knew he would be expecting. His mind was whirling, thoughts of which would be vital to his choice and hers. Saw Tooth didn’t suit him; crowded it was and high expectations. Perhaps they would like one where you could live but also do what you needed to to get going; move on with life. Those packs would include Andere, Munashii, and Bright Moon. The thoughts stumped him. She would give her opinion, and he would give his.
