Vistune listened intently to Elise as she spoke, his gaze cast down to the cavern floor. "Perhaps here is a better place for you," he spoke softly, looking up once more to meet the girl's cloudy eyes. He smiled softly, even if she couldn't see it. He wrapped his tail around his hip, pressing his ears to his head again as he thought over Elise's words.

"I guess I don't really belong anywhere, either," he decided after a few moments of silent thought. "I came about Blossom Forest one day, and I've just.. Floated around, I guess. I haven't really met many wolves," he explained, his gaze wandering down to his paws again.

"I've definitely not met anyone I would call my significant other," he added on with a chuckle, shaking his head slowly. "I was on my way to the river for just that, but then I met you." He hummed, a small smile stuck to his lips as he looked up at Elise once more, shifting his paws a bit on the floor. "And I think you're better than anyone else."
