Just a thought, about the recent decision to not record the pension board meetings. I was just pondering this decision by our board and I thought, "If the meetings are not to be recorded, then where will the minutes of the meeting be derived from?" Will they be comprised from Tiffany's best recollection or a conglomeration of everyone's best recollection, huh!
I am displeased by this decision, especially since the board attorney so wholehearted supported it. I can hear it now as in the past, "Show me in writing where I said so ans so." No recording no contradictions. I feel that this was and is a poor decision, by our board, especially since it was partially based on the expenditure of a few thousand dollar to upgrade our current recording system. JMHO Replies:
