At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

The russet woman was his remaining piece of mind; his safe haven, his sanctuary, his stability. -- He couldn't explain it, couldn't understand it even in the slightest, but it seemed as if she was viewed upon as something pure, something clear within the shadowed beast. She had never failed to intrigue him. She certainly differed from the coldness of his comrades, from the ice that had begun to strike his dying flames and settle beneath his burning veins. All it had taken was the emerge of her tender lyrics to deprive the man's large silhouette of it's tension, thick shoulders slumping noticeably forward in exhaustion as he pushed across the root that isolated the two. Once crossed, he had immediately taken upon her offer, colossal frame gradually lowering to connect with the sandy terrain, obsidian canvas ruffled as if he had been submerged beneath water and hadn't bothered to groom or tend to himself afterwards. It gave him an almost pup-like appearance that seemed to soften his rich features even more so as he allowed his smile to broaden in the direction of the miss, large maw hesitatingly inching forward to caress her small shoulder in a cautious, affectionate nudge. "Thank you..", the syllables had fumbled through his large jowls in a hushed mutter, amber hues eventually coming to relax as they ventured to connect with the opposing stargazers of the young ess.

"I'm.. not sure.", he had eventually admitted prior to her question, lightened gaze wavering to meet the barren earth that he had settled upon. What was he supposed to say? The warrior appeared as if thunderstruck, excuses rampaging through his blurred mind almost a mile per minute. Should he lie? Should he tell her the truth? -- No! He didn't want her to leave, to fear him; to feel threatened and feel even that his very presence was not secure. Sebastian was no monster. Not yet quite, anyways.. He himself knew that he would never react to any of her actions as harshly as he had to Hestia’s, -- he never would have attempted to harm the lean frame of the russet miss. -- But, would she know that? He shook his cranium gently, desperate to nudge away the pressured argument that had taken place within himself. She was waiting, he needed an answer. To at least offer her something.

"I ran into some trouble.", his vocals emerged just above a careful whisper, -- technically speaking, it wasn't a complete lie. Perhaps the demon would even offer her a more valid reasoning if she would have edged him on. Though, until she had done so – if she had even intended to, – the male had allowed his kissers to curl and form the slightest, reassuring smile."What about you, princess?, the lyrics dropped from his gaping maw warmly, deep hues directing themselves towards the girl's soft facade once more as he managed to present her with a small grin, “How was your trip to this cliff?”
