Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Return to Lunar Children

is truth worth more than lies?

He had only recently left the cave system in which Naamah had claimed as her own nest in raising the children. It stuck in his craw this last and somewhat initial meeting alone with his daughter, Sanguine. Why the hell were his children so stubborn? It seemed only Underidge understood and accepted the fact that he was their father. Sarabi had combated against him, furious at his interruption, and Sanguine seemed to dismiss such notions as fantasy on his part. He blamed it solely upon Samil for her belief. The male seemed to stay perched to Naamah anymore yet where had he been in the beginning? When Naamah had crossed pathes with the riddle-teller in the forest and initiated the spark between them? And then Samil had returned and she had been split between the two. And now. NOW she had committed to him even as she had spurned Enderly's offer.

It really shouldn't upset him so much yet he had found some emotion for her that he had never felt before. That stuck in his craw too come to think of it. If he couldn't have Naamah - although she tried to offer her own sweetness when Samil wasn't around - then he would find another. Something to divert his attention. Surely she must feel something for him, an attachment, and although Enderly had never really been the vengeful type before (why should he have been?), he had set out with revenge on his mind. Of course revenge wasn't the only reason he enjoyed to company of innocent, beautiful girls.

As he stalks away from the grotto and ends up in the fields he catches a scent. It is laced with the scent of Samil as well and his ears flatten against his skull; if anyone had seen him they'd see his silver whiskered maw twitching in a silent snarl. Enderly follows the scent until he accidentally spooks a deer out except Antoinette has decided she was the one that spooked it, or so it looks like, and he takes a moment to survey they lovely white fur of the girl.

It is almost amusing the way she puffs up as if preparing for a confrontation. His ears cock to catch her words shouted meaninglessly after the figure of the deer and his snarl turns into something of a cocky smile. How amusing this girl was. Young too. Maybe she was Samil's new squeeze? The idea was too tempting to ignore; whatever her relations with the male, she had now become a target of Enderly's attentions. It didn't help that she was a beautiful creature, her mismatched eyes so different. Enderly has a tendency towards the exotic.

"I was under the impression that princesses were supposed to have guards at all times. Where are your's, my dear?" Enderly steps out from where the deer had been previously, noting the way she tries to catch her breath. He is a handsome creature; his silky black fur is groomed immaculately and the silver of his eyes matched with flecks of silver along his maw and tail add to his allure. Not to mention his smooth voice. It is not at all alarming as some might be, especially with the question he had asked a complete stranger. "So you cannot much call the deer an imbecile as it had no idea."

enderly.
