Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Renegade didn't know much of the politics in these lands, and knew even less about the demons and angels that ruled Iromar and Diveen, respectively. If the girl had told him of her thought that he was an angel, he would have said 'thanks fer the compliment' and disregarded it as simply that. Though he could do well within a pack as a thief or as a spy, he had no desire to be controlled by another no matter if they were an alpha or not. Besides, he had enough experience with packs to last a lifetime in his mind, after the... incident. That had really hurt his pride.

He didn't dwell on his own thoughts for too long as there was something a whole lot more pleasant standing in front of him. Any doubts about her femininity were pushed aside at the girlish giggle and the blush beneath her white coat at his words. He flashed her a toothy grin as she began to speak, clearly she enjoyed the attention, as she replied to his banter with some of her own. His tail waved as his crimson eyes locked onto her blank white ones. It was strange, a little unsettling even, but he grew used to it soon enough. "Oh, 's that so?" Renegade said with a low chuckle.

She drew closer to him, introducing herself as Never, and Renegade decided that he really liked this girl. The closeness caused his heart to quicken a bit, but he wasn't noticeably nervous or anything. He'd had... plenty of practice. She smelt like pine and... was that charcoal? He glanced down at the black markings on her and back up at her blank eyes, his ears giving an amused flick. Up this close, he could see through her disguise though someone with an untrained eye would have fallen for it. Or perhaps if they hadn't gotten so close he wouldn't have seen that the markings were simply painted on.

"Never... pretty name, but what's yer real one?" Renegade raised his eyebrow in amusement. "Yer disguise don't work too well up close, when ya smell like charcoal, doll." he said, his crimson eyes sparkling. "I've got sharp eyes though, so... who knows." He backed up a few steps from Never, regarding her with a mixture between amusement and light teasing. He wasn't offended or anything, quite the contrary actually. This meeting became a lot more interesting just now. "Know a spy when I see one. Name's Renegade, greatest thief in the western desert, 'n all that jazz."
