I MIGHT be able to do this....but it probably won't be as detailed as you've made your description out to be.
For instance: the burnt nose poses something of an issue. Not sure how to convey that in a manip. Also: those eyes are super complex--which is lovely--but that might be better described in writing than in a pic, where eyes are such a small part of the overall picture. although if I use one of the refs you provided eyes won't even be a problem because they're closed XD
Not sure what you mean by scenery should be "almost fake." Like...you're looking for a background obviously retouched with manipulation rather than a straight photo with nothing done to it?
