It would seem that Ragnarok will not be staying silently. Rather, he seems to grow agitated with each austere word that slips from Natu's mouth. True the boy is a large one but she is aiming to be the Spider of Spirane. It would be remiss of her if he thought she would leave him to his own devices. A good chance for him to try and slip the conditions set upon him. All from some sense of paranormal reasoning. The sharp words he spares to her are met with the sharpening of her pale eyes and the way her ears flick in manner to show her displeasure. This child speaks as if he is her elder. At least, she thinks, he does not hold his own esteem as high as Heyel's. She might have let him go if he was like her imprint.

Demons.

The word evokes a choking feeling of guilt within Natu for she has her own demons. They did not come in the form of firey mares and dripping fangs. Her demons came in the simply lack of memories that shielded her from the true devastation she had caused. And yet her demons came down to one Demon in itself. Lillith. That was a name, a figure, that spearheaded each event to unfold thereafter - thus the creation of Natu's own inner torture. Not that she had shared such insights with, well, anyone, excepting Ailith.

Perhaps the boy believes it. It is clear to her that he is sincere in his words and also disdainful of her. What an epic task - what a childish one in it's adventure. Not that she'd say so aloud. Instead she stares at him. "A week, Ragnarok." He didn't have to tell her his name - she knew it. She had known it when she stole him, when she spied upon him, but apparently she had missed the more insane moments. Spirane didn't really need another crazy wolf but her own desire to watch Ragnarok and figure out what was causing these delusions - for who really saw demons? - made her stern.

"If you should feel better there is a den high up on the mountain away from the others. You can have peace there.. and rest." Her tone was suggestive. Rest is what he needed, both for his wound and his mind. It was clear he was a tormented soul. "You may seek council with the Alphess to petition your case if you desire, but I will not sanction your early dismissal. Demons or not."

Her voice was not mean but neither was it inviting - it brooked no argument on his behalf. Likely he'd still protest. So she stands and with a swish of her tail through the air turns towards the mountain top and waits patiently for him to begin climbing; she'd follow him up and maybe, just maybe, she'd see what real demons torment this boy.
