Denali
"Ah, Denali," a familiar silky voice says, making my ears twitch forward and my eyes flash over to the source of those cooed words. I cannot help the smile that comes across my lips as the black figure seems to manifest from the darkness. "Enderly," I say, bowing my head in greeting to the male. He has not changed in the slightest, I can tell already just by that sly smile of his. "What a pleasure it is to see you again, darling. Although you smell as if you could use a bath. Wrong place for it here, though maybe you are reminiscing. Miss me? He says, continuing forward closer and closer.
I shake my head with a laugh. "I can't smell that bad for it drew you out to play, I said, knowing that not only did he smell the swamp lands on me, but also Astaroth. Not that he was one to talk, I could smell the females on him, seems like someones been having fun. "Its possible I did miss you, up until you said I smell. Is that how you charm all the ladies?" I teased back with a wink.
He continues forward until he is so close to me, the old me would have had a hard time holding it together. But unfortunately for him and his games, I had changed and didn't feel the slightest bit uncomfortable. I even did something to surprise him, moved closer until we were nearly touching, flashing him eyes that said 'Sorry sweet heart, try again.' Maybe I would have been taken aback a year ago by his handsomeness and charm, but now with Astaroth in my life, I felt nothing. The bond that connected us wanted no one but the demon.
"Its been a year hasn't it? I'd ask what you've been up to in that time, but I can tell you've been busy," I hinted to the prevalent smell of females all over him with a smirk. Of course it opened me up for him to mention Astaroth's scent, but I didn't care. There was nothing between us, that I knew of, just that strange magic that tied us together. I wonder if Enderly knew what was going on with me, or if he was going through something similar.
