Waiting, she hoped that the months to follow would show her that soon she wouldn’t be so alone, and honestly, she prayed that someone would come into her life and change it for the better. The white and red femme had stopped where the edge of the trees broke from their confines and the field spread out before her. She felt free, like there was nothing stopping her, like nothing was holding her back and she knew that in her heart her family that she had lost when the meteor hit, she knew that they all wanted her to be happy, and she had grieved for far too long, and it was time to start anew.

The skies were bright, the leaves were still in their red-orange mode, changing slowing into a dull brown, in preparation for the coming winter. Her eyes stopped upon the silver-hued male that seemed to be approaching her. A smile slipped across her white maw as she watched him draw closer to her. “I’m Sekera, and yes, it is.” She smiled softly, her discolored eyes watching him as she sat, her long tail curled around her front legs, twitching slightly as she sat watching him. My small frame sat quite small before this male.
