Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

A golden dog with a husky like tail, ears, and muzzle walked up the mountain slowly. She was shaking in cold and yearned for her fire back home but she knew that her humans wouldn't take her back. She had gone crazy the night that they brought a wolf into the house. They had said it was tamed but she didn't trust it. She barked, howled, and ran around in fear and anger but mostly fear. Her humans didn't like it because she kept waking up the baby making it cry. So that night her male human took of her collar and put her in a cage. She didn't know what was going on until her opened up her cage in a meadow and flung her while she was in the cage and drove off.
She had passed out for a day because she was hurt and when she woke up she was alone, cold, hungry, and scared.

Clementine shook her head to get rid of the bad memories. Her ears were back on her head and her tail drooping. The moon was up and she ate some snow before digging a deep hole and walking in it. She laid down and let the snow cover up her golden fur.
