God takes your soul; you're on your own

Luckily Sokka didn’t react in a negative manner which allowed Elliot’s nerves to relax even more as his ears twitched listening to his brothers words. Much like his mother dia, Elliot’s mother Sylvia explained everything that had happened and even though Midas was his blood father to Elliot, Sahin would always be his father. He raised him since the moment he was born- give or take a couple of days- and that’s all Elliot knew. He knew the paradise to be home and his parents to be Sylvia and Sahin.

”I believe dad did yes but this one must have hid or wasn’t near when it happened” hearing the baby whimper elliot’s gaze drifted from his red brother to the white canine that now stared at him but was behind him. Elliot stared at tucker for a brief moment before he lifted his head back up to shrug his worries away. ”I’d love too!” shaking his head up and down elliot grinned excitedly before he stepped forward to gently touch his brothers shoulder ”you’re it!” and with a swish of his tail elliot whirled around with a squeal and took off.

He headed back down the beach in full stride trying to get a good grip on the sand beneath him as the wind began to pick up and whip past him lifting strands of his tendrils. It felt good to run, to feel free from everything that had been burdening him. With him rescuing crow to taking care of his mother who rarely ever spoke since the day he called for his father in the ridge. This moment, playing with his brother and as far as he was concerned – full brother-, made elliot actually feel like a kid.
