Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

The gleaming golden boy allowed his attention to remain upon the Alpha male, ears held forward with interest as he moved to detail the finer points of the alliance he had organised, content to secure the finest possible alliance for his own pack and prove further to his Queen that he was by far the superior choice for her Hand and advisor, after all, whom else had his experience and knowledge? It is an egotistical thought perhaps and yet truly the male is often not so given to such things, or at least, he does not mean it to be so. He is simply confident, assured, entirely in support of his own arguments and indeed perhaps such a trait has become rare within mere pack wolves. Perhaps it is his own Alpha-blood, such a thing does not sit quietly after all, that sees the boys confidence so assured in this moment as Tesseract agrees to his proposal, a wave of his tail offered in response, a stiff nod followed as the gleaming golden male retains his professionalism in this moment- despite his clear pleasure in this agreement, the points of such noted to be reported back to Deanerys upon his return.

“Then we are agreed upon our alliance. I will inform the Alphess.”

At his mention of an impending war treaty the ever academic male is given to allow his head to tilt, curious of these options presented before him, mind ever eager to expose the knowledge within of those whom he is given to meet, strange dark eyes resting upon Tesseracts own in this moment as his tail flicks in some sense of contemplation before he is given to nod.

“I agree, I doubt it will come to that and yet at such an alliance will offer the appearance of strength regardless. As for a quiet infiltration I believe it is entirely possible and as such I believe Spirane would be willing to offer Glorall any information upon this we may find, it is my hope Diveen will also assist us in this- they have many wolves trained specifically for this sort of…information gathering. I believe between a number of packs working in unison we may be able to lower the risk of any such infiltration- unless you have other ideas?”

It could not hurt to ask of his thoughts on the matter, perhaps Pan does value his own ability to think and yet he will not entirely devaluate the thoughts of Tesseract on the matter, perhaps the male would find something he had missed. It has been known to happen. Once.
