July 16, 2014, a mountain lion sauntered through my backyard near the woods where a doe had grazed earlier. I'm sure of what I saw. I saw one a few years ago in the same yard, chasing a doe and two fawns. We are in the center of the town of Conway,MA. Other townspeople have reported seeing a mountain lion in this rural town during the last few years. I have reported this sighting to our local wildlife person who notified state wildlife officials. From now on, I will have my camera ready!
