CHARACTER INFO
Name: Brynn
Age: 4 years
Gender: Male
Eyes: Left- Icy blue; Right- Light amber gold
Appearance: His coat is a Golden Blonde, with white undertones. Near his rear, there is a scattering of black hairs. His ears have the same bit of black ramming the edges. Brynn is a fairly large Timber wolf, standing about 30" tall and weighing in at a muscular 165lbs. Muscles are proportionately spread throughout, and his head is nicely broad and rounded in an appealing way. He also bears a diagonal scar from left mid shoulder down to back of forearm, a scar along crease of hock and just above his upper thigh on hind left leg, and a small scar along underside of chest.

Personality: Chivalrous at heart, Brynn is still young, fun-loving, and flirty to the core. He is intensely loyal to his brother, Braxx, even despite their sibling rivalry and playful jabs. His favorite game is when a female plays hard-to-get, although if she teases too long he does lose interest. He's big and tough, but he also has a brain and likes to use it. '"Suave" is also a good word for him. He can smooth-talk the females until the sun goes down, and then get intimate under the cover of night. His latest qualm seems to be sticking around long enough afterward.

The following sample is a recycled post of mine on a former equine rp.

Oh, what a journey it had been. A year and a half had passed since the day he’d left his homeland. It’d been a mere six months or so after his sister and Sati had left the same turf. He’d missed them, and even thought to chase them down to join them, but he’d had plans. Sati’s father had taken over the herd as king, knocking his own sire out of the rank. Osiris hadn’t liked that very much, and being a four year old, he had wanted to take it back in his father’s name. Sure, perhaps he was still young at heart and not entirely fit to be king, but he’d tried regardless in the name of Pride. But karma had a way of settling things, and the older stallion was wiser and much more experienced. It had started with verbal challenges, threats even, and every time he was beaten. Eventually, Osi grew frustrated and confident enough that he faced off the elder… And failed. The stallion of pure black had been knocked to the ground and kept there. The moment the elder released him to stand, Osiris bit words of bitter menace at him. Sure, it was undeserved, for the brute had made a good leader, but that didn’t mean the black steed had to like it. Despite the gash on the side of his neck, he had continued to threaten the king until finally he was chased out of the herd completely.

In the long run, Os was glad he hadn’t won. Two years later, being a wanderer for the entire period of time, he had enjoyed his life. He could do as he pleased without the responsibility of leading a herd a heavy burden on his back. He could run anywhere, flirt with any mare he’d met, anything to his heart’s content. And so now, as he pranced over the sands of this new desert he came upon, he shook his head to send long locks of ebon to the wind. The days were growing colder, but with his collected pace sweat gave his neck, shoulders, and sides a glossy tint resembling raven feathers. The only imperfection to his pelt was the scar on his neck that had long-healed over, leaving a three-inch line of white hairs in his wake. Could have been worse, but Osi recognized the king’s mercy now that he was mature enough to respect him.

As hooves thudded softly into the sand, the stallion flared his nostrils to inhale deep the scent of the world around him. He had known upon entering the land that he was trespassing on another’s territory, but it did not bother him. He was no threat, only passing through on his way toward a destination he knew not the location of. If any king decided to stop him to question him, Os would tell him as such. He would not say, however, that he was on a trek lead by the strongest compass known to any equine: his heart. He traveled in the direction that felt right to him at the moment. Smelling the sweet scent of salt-grass and the freshness of water ahead, the muscular black stallion was glad that his heart’s path led him to water. It was exactly how he knew to trust himself. Releasing a deep whicker, he upped his pace to a lope to jump clear over a hilltop he was cresting and landed on the base of the other side. Satisfied grin on his maw, he slowed back to that majestic prance and eyes of a liquid brown scoured the land ahead. Sprouts of grass peeked from the sand and led into a more lush and immaculate oasis. Just like home. He thought, feeling nostalgic.

But not even the clear pool of water was the most impressive sight before him. There was a mare standing solely next to the water’s edge, quenching her own thirst. Droplets sprinkled off her muzzle has she raised her head and Osiris took in every inch of her beauty. Stopping himself as soon as he landed four hooves upon the soft, cool grass, the black stallion tilted his head and flicked long forelock out of his eyes for closer inspection. There was something familiar about her frame, the delicate hooves and dished head, and even the high-set of her tail. But no, it couldn’t be.. Could it? Os took a few silent steps closer, gaze taking in every curve and detail, the white mane and tail, silvery grey coat, and lighter dapples dotting over her points. Suddenly he imagined her with a blackened pelt and he whinnied happily, prancing right up to her. ”Sati! Is it really you? Lord, but it seems like ages since I saw you.” He said, tone deep and much more masculine than it had been two years ago when he’d seen her last. Standing just a few short feet away, he gave her another once-over and realized how dry his throat was. Licking dry lips, he spoke again, his voice just a touch raspier. ”Wow, Sat.. You’ve changed so much.” He said with a light smile, black-lashed lids lowering the slightest bit as he stood before her. He was momentarily stunned enough to forget how thirsty he was as he watched her and waited to hear her voice.
