Did you ever wonder if those you lost really did look out for you in heaven? If so then Sekera must have quite a few up there. Mom, Lucia, Juno, Hera, Christian and Fallen. And well, her father but she never even knew his name, so why would he be watching out for her? She had been there for Hera when the meteor had first hit, but after, well, she figured the worst had happened to her little-adoptive-sister, and knew that in her heart she would never see her again, except for maybe in the after life. Maybe she’d finally meet her mother, see Juno again, and maybe, just maybe then she would feel as If her life had a purpose all along.
The water dripped every few seconds, a plop in the pool that was on the ground. The water splashing here and there were keeping my senses preoccupied, making the scent of the male that had come into the caves unnoticed, at least, until he was before her. The dark figure loomed before her and she felt the fear automatically race through her veins. Pure and simple, fear. It threw her back in time, long long ago when her little sister Lucia had been snatched by that damned tobias, killed before her very eyes. Oh dear god. The image of him snatching her by the neck, sapping it with such a simple ease flashed before her eyes, blinding her for a moment. But when her senses returned, she felt the hackles on her neck and back start to stand up, her shoulders rise, lips start to quiver as she feels a low growl begin within her chest. All the while she was instinctively backing up, her tail tucked in to her body as she closed the distance between herself and the wall.
She knew it was winter, she knew that it meant breeding season and the simple fact that he was here before her, large and demanding in appearance meant only one thing. He was determined to use her for his own fun, his own pleasure and to spread his diseased seed into the future.
