Bright Moon - a land sullied by mystery and the ravaging scars of a terrible fire. Abandoned as a pack land for years, the terra has been used as a gathering place for the brazen and bloodthirsty drawn there by the lingering pall of death. Yet from the ashes there comes an unordained phoenix, the rainbow hues of hope glinting in her mismatched globes. Through the obsidian drapes obscuring the scenery, she alone was able to catch the perfumed aroma of new life on the breeze and hear the sluggish streams flowing ever swifter into the morning.

Thus, with a purpose, she set out to map the incognita, discovering daily the extent of the reawakening and unearthing within herself a desire to return the landscape to its former glory. Now she stands tall as privileged Alpha of the lands, lording over the rock-strewn prairie and bountiful forests with a firm but gentle paw.

Having finally realized her deepest longing to be a queen, Satowra is focused solely on the revival and maintenance of the Bright Moon Pack. Her question to each prospective warrior that comes to the border is simple:

"Do you have what it takes?"

Light paws bounced carefully through the forest, her maw to the ground. To pass into a pack's territory was daring and dangerous, and the gray vixen did not want to stray into one accidentally. After Estrella had found Blossom, the howling at night had made her crave one thing: a family. Though a pack wasn't blood-family, they were still family and stuck together. She'd been starved from company for a year now, and it had taken her some courage to sniff out a certain pack that she had caught whiff of at Prey Plateau; Bright Moon, she believed. A stray wolf had told her so, and she'd tracked the scent all the way through unmarked forest until the scent became stronger and stronger. She stood up, her light green orbs the color of fresh buds on trees alert. Her tail was stiff behind her, low. She had arrived to the Bright Moon border.

"You can't try to save anyone, Estrella," a stern, dark gray male wolf said. His muscles nearly rippled under his thick, tangled pelt as his incisors tore through a meager, skinny rabbit. "You want to know why?" He asked the cowering gray pup with a white diamond on her forehead. Pure terror hid in the depths of her eyes. "Why?" She whimpered softly.

The vixen shook the poison out of her head. No matter how hard she tried, she could not get the tumor out of her head that was full of bad memories from the past. It slowly leaked poison throughout her conscious and her soul. It had made her cautious to come here, to be so daring, because perhaps this pack wasn't so different from her old pack at all. The sun was cooling down, and in a few hours it would dip below the surface so that the nocturnal wolves could come out and make their music together. She closed her eyes, trying to remember how fluidly the pack had brought down the wounded elk so fast, so clean, like fluid they all flowed together in one giant mass as one... Her auds stayed perked, searching for the slightest shiver of any plants, though these wolves probably knew how to navigate without out making so much as the tiniest crunch. Estrella was ready.
