Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

We'll bring them pain

It does take some time to gnaw and grind away at bone. Certainly the creature felt undeniable pain, suffering physically and mentally from being torn apart. By this point, the creature was no longer completely alive, nor completely dead. It was the process of death, slow and terrible as it slips away in a world unknown. Perhaps it is a place peaceful, where it does not feel the grip of teeth and his warm hot breath. Or perhaps not, all he knew was the taste of blood upon his thirty tongue.

With the help of Avery, and their opposite rip and tears, pulling the body apart with force, they were able to split muscle and create a head mostly severed. There were some stubborn bones, particularly the spine, that was much more sturdy and crafted to withstand. But Andras was also crafted to counter such things. His molars reached out, and his jaw was like steel as he put pressure upon the more exposed spine. He had worn it down, chewed at it viciously before he heard and felt the satisfying crack of final severance. He could taste the liquid that rested between each piece of spine- a reward most true as their hard work did not go to waste. They had severed the head, the alluring glow of golden sunset casting darkened shadows of trees all about them.

A dark grin played on his features as his eyes crept back towards Avery. It was her job to get the elk skull- he simply helped, assisted a little with a task most grand. This was a skull that would line his throne. One of many pieces to a well crafted artwork of death and swamp.

He lifted his head, his muzzle dripping with blood and splattered with bits and pieces of elk. It would be bad form to allow the elk to go to waste. He would eat his fill, jaws moving to rip into the tender underbelly and consume the delicate innards. He helped Avery to eat, an ear twitch here, not a flicker of a snarl in her direction. He would eat his fill, licking his chops before his muscles ripple and his form of blood stained shadow lifted to the air.

"Come. You must carry it to Iromar. You will prove your strength and worthiness once you do," he states bluntly, sunset eyes falling down towards the elk head, dead eyes staring back at him, faded and clouded as they always become in death. He smirks slightly, popping his jaw before he gives Avery a nod, turning his frame towards Iromar. If she can keep up, so be it. She may have trouble, but there is where he will not assist her. She must show her willingness, and once that is done, he will certainly be pleased to have a member worth keeping around.
