While waiting by Traydon, Mornar had eaten the fish he had caught originally for Frostlin, knowing it would spoil if not eaten within a few days. When Ike finally returned, the dark wolf stood up and listened to him speak. Shortly after, the raven landed, having followed Ike back to the river. Mornar nodded to her in thanks, and she nodded back and flew away.
Turning back to the white wolf, he answered, "I know. I sent the raven to help. Anyway, you do realize it was foolish to go by yourself now, I hope. Like I said a few days ago, lone wolves have less of a chance for survival." He paused. "If you want to join Frostlin, you will have to ask our leader for membership. Follow me." Before heading back to the gangland, Mornar caught another fish from Traydon to bring back.
