PRIME MINISTER'S DECREE

"None." - Leader

The Offspring

Diccon (Cicada x Khar'pern)

Rules

• The Vulcan Peak is where homeless mares come to live as a sisterhood. Stallions may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Warriors keep mainly to fighting, Thinkers keep mainly to raiding, and Politicians may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Codebreaker or Prime Minister for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Prime Minister maintains order within the Peak and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Peak works on the Rules page.

The unholy ghost

”I dreamed of you. The mare lets the words fall from her greying lips before she can pull them back. Their tone is something strange, something that she has a hard time placing even after she’s said them. It’s something like… not cold, not sharp, but not soft and warm either. There’s a weight to them, but an emotion that’s cold as ice… that’s bold as fire. Thick and weighty in the air. The champagne mare shivers briefly at how they taste in her mouth, severe and thick.

The cry from Heart’s lips doesn’t go unnoticed, and it sends electricity down Anath’s spine. A tingle that she has a feeling the other creature will pick up on as well, but she’s beyond caring. There’s too much that they know about each other… there’s too much that they can both feel for certain things to be okay—or not to be okay. The dun mare is comforted by the closeness. Touch is something that she allows from a spare few souls, and she is thankful that her Heart is close. It strains her insides to feel Heart pulling away, but she allows it. There are certain things that need to be said, and certain things that can only be said when you look each other in the eye.

Words from Heart’s lips make her heart beat faster. Anath nods low, watching the other creature with stark seriousness in her green eyes. ”I promise you. I couldn’t dream of leaving you again.” She shakes. The former General… she would reach for current general, should she get the chance. The mare was old now, but there was still a fighting spirit in her chest. There was nothing more that she could ask for than a little bit of fire for the inside of her belly. If they were going to war, then Anath would be at the front of the charge. Such was the way it had always had been.
