Many wolves looking for relaxation come to Blossom Field. A gentle breeze vibrating the blossoming flowers is quite a sight to see and it is quite a favourite for wolves to come with their mates.

A recent fire has ruined the scenery, half the field covered with soot and marked with scars of the flames. The other half is untouched, however.

Alright, so maybe Row had overreacted a tad. Okay, a lot. But he hadn't the foggiest how else to react. There was a certain image he needed to uphold and not liking those sorts of things was one of them. Not to say he hadn't liked it. That he had. It wasn't even a real, genuine kiss, but to an inexperienced Row it was. The touch sent sparks shooting through him, tingles running up his spine. Warmth spread to his cheeks when he caught up with himself and leapt up. Skip had felt him blush, there was no way to hide it. Amber eyes looked anywhere but the captain's sky blue orbs. The moment was akward enough as it was.

Maybe a normal lupine would see this as I time to tell the other they cared for them. Perhaps even loved them. But the beige boy was far from normal. There were certain things that he would not share even with his closest friend. This was one. It didn't help that he didn't understand it. It just made him even more unsure of things. Skipper wasn't helping it, but it was hardly his fault the boy was what he was.

Looking down at Skipper, whose gaze was now on his paws, the pirate felt quite bad about his out burst. He couldn't blame Skip for everything. I-I just wanted to help you feel better. His voice was soft. Softer than it had ever been. Seerower's composure was slipping. It was the look he gave him as he laid his lead back on his paws that broke it completely. Are you okay?

"I'm fine. Just was startled that's all." he inched closer. He would try to play it cool with the whole situation. Yeah, that was a great idea. "Look," he began, pausing as their paws touched, "I shouldn't a' yelled at you. Sorry." The pharse was akward in his mouth, difficult to say almost. "Maybe this'll make us even?" It would be an akward memory to looks back upon if only Skip did something. Row was already regretting this, though he craved Skip's touch.

He nuzzled Skip's cheek softly, something his mother had done to make him feel better. Tingles shot through him again and butterflies filled his chest and stomach. Skip had given him a fake kiss, so he'd give him a real kiss (or a variation of it). He licked his captain's cheek lightly, equivalent to a peck on the cheek. Not really a kiss, but way more than one for him. He jerked his little head away, trying to avoid eye contact. "Now we've both done something wrong that we'll regret. Let's try and forget this ever happened." Maybe he spoke only for himself, but this was etched into his mind forever. Row just didn't want to talk about anymore. This had been the stupidest, craziest thing he'd done, and when Skipper was happy with his girl and their pups, he didn't want to have to remember this time. The little pup laid his head on his paws too, looking a Skip. This was nice.
