Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

When his words seek out her ears, Riopat listens carefully to the honesty and sincerity in his voice, the integrity of his soul. It would seem that he has the same in mind, and once again she is sent to internal rejoicing in this returned sentiment. "Oh, Mortz...I have loved you since you found me in the meadow, I have held on to your memory like a child clinging to a toy, it kept me warm when I was alone, brought me home when my soul was lost in despair. You have helped me to become more whole than I ever could have imagined and I love you so much I cannot begin to explain it to you. You have done so much to be more than worthy of my love, my dearest, my heart is yours and so am I." This is said the second anything about mateship leaves his mouth, her excitement finally bubbling out of her in girlish giggles as she stands up to examine his wound. Her dainty pawsteps move her closer to his face, where her tongue brushes outward to his cheek and grazes ever so gently across his lower jaw as he speaks once more.

Her dark blue eyes clearly display the green slivers within her iris now, her gaze fixing to his own as he talks about this land and his plans. She sits back, breathless and blinking in shock at his proclimation. "You mean...you want to be king?" Her delicate tiara slips to one side, tilting as she attempts to contemplate what he says. "And you are serious, yes? But, I would need time to train a wolf to take my place, and make sure that he or she is as loyal to this place as we are, so that I know they are taken care of in their needs. I will follow you, Mortz, for you hold my heart and without it I would die. Give me a bit of time to come to you, a season at the most, and I will be there when you win or should you require another try. I am here for you as you are always here for me, love. Nothing will change that." A soft smile comes to her face as she keeps her gaze upon his own, her spirit feeling more joy and wholeness than she thought possible.
