DEAR TABBY ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS
Re(1): My kitten Gaea

Dear Tanya;
As the old saying goes, "Ain't that enough to make you stomp on your hat!"
Apparently little Gaea has some definite ideas about your bed blankets. I would suggest keekping the door to your room closed until she grows a bit more mature -- enough to know that blankets are _not_ interchangeable with the kitty box.
I suspect she is "marking" your bed to show that is also "her" bed. Keeping your door closed (for however long it takes to get the point across) is a way to get the message to her.
Yes, it is nice to have a loving kitty cuddle up with you. And Gaea may well qualify for that honor -- when she proves to you she is mature enough for it. She's just a young kid now, ready to try anything that looks like fun. She needs to learn that going on your bed is NOT it.
Good luck with your little girl.
