The boy continued to tease the girl with the bone he didn’t understand her uncertainty, these treasures, like all of his own were to be shared even the ruby and obsidian girl before him he would never seek to keep her all to himself. He couldn’t always be around to play with her and he hoped that she had friends in her home, though based on what she had told him during their games he was the only one to do these sorts of things. They did other things with her, the wolves of Iromar did, but they did not play tug, chase the rabbit, or keep away like they did together. Even sometimes they got a little close and he liked that too! But for now he was focused on the game at hand.

She finally scooped up the toy and the boy gave a few playful growls tugging back lightly and his tail waving about behind him madly. He might be taller and bigger but he never pulled too hard to uproot her from her paws and even for one so small she always did seem to have a surprising strength to her. He enjoyed playing tug, staring into her bright yellow orbs but then something changed he could see it in her eyes and he dropped the large bone they had been playing with only to turn and see a fem that looked so much like his own treasure approaching! It had to be her mom! She had been nervous about him meeting her family but he wasn’t sure why. Roam saw the kind smile on her face and smiled back at her his tail giving a few nervous waves at his hocks.

He glanced to Siren a little unsure as she spoke in latin a language he was wholly unfamiliar with. While he looked somewhat like the angels he never thought he was one or really put together that it was bad. He wasn’t an angel it was merely coincidence that his mother held a russet pelt while his father held a light golden and white one. Roamin though had no idea what was about to happen though. At her words in English his gaze shifted back to female his tail still waving nervously when the female suddenly slammed into him.

A very surprised yelp escaped his maw there was no keeping balance, it was so sudden and unexpected that the boy fell to the ground in a heap and scrambling to gain his paws when a sharp pain came down upon the back of his neck. He yelped and cried out trying to reach around to grab at his assailant but unable. She knew what she was doing and he was still clueless. Pain like he never felt was shooting all through him and he couldn’t make anything out as his head was violently jerked about until something in him gave and cracked in his neck fear and pain still shooting through him until he was released the back of his neck slightly bloody, violet eyes big seeking out the golden orbs of Siren.

”Obsid…ian….Ruby….Treas..ure… Siren.”

Then no light remained in his eyes, his soul gone taken by the true angels of the heaven.
