This is my Fate.
The girl was curious he could tell just by the tone of her voice the sound of each movement. That or eager. He wasn’t sure what her lineage was like, but that he could remember all his little siblings had been just as energetic and eager as she was. She was young after all, but obviously not entirely foolish. It was nice though, not to have his blindness or his ‘demonic’ coloring commented on for a change. Her tone stating if anyone would ever cross it caused one of his black ears to swivel around, twitching lightly before focusing on the water again.
”There is an island out there. Perhaps one day you can swim out to it and maybe from there see the lands.” The large male states, ”Or so I hear.” For he was not certain himself if there was indeed a island out there to find. He wanted to see it, wanted to have it in his own paws but it was impossible for him to reach now but he would someday he was certain. He found if he wanted something he could have it and someday he would. He heard the splash and his head spun around to look towards her, ears and nose twitching as he deciphered what she had done. Splashed the water with her paw, hitting it before the random familiar sound of latin rolled from her maw. That was interesting. He knew a cousin lived her, he knew that a demon lived her as well, the hand apparently was originally from ‘hell’ that land that they claimed they originated from. Who was this child? Mana. He tried to delve up if he had heard the name before it was familiar but only vaguely so. He hadn’t been here long after all and he wasn’t sure for how much longer either, but one thing was for sure he wouldn’t forget this little girl anytime soon. Still, he wanted to know who her parents were if she knew the old tongue.
”Tu quis es, genitoribus abero?” Who are you parents? He asked with a tilt of his head still looking in her direction. He had a few ideas but he wanted to be certain. However it was short lived, and wouldn’t last long he was certain. A simple question perhaps but one he wanted answered. He was pretty happy when she offered the meaning of her name that she knew. It seemed he was partly correct at least.
”Perhaps, you certainly got the energy part down.” He stated a smile touching his maw slightly. He was being serious she seemed to be quite the wild child after all and hoped that she never lost that bit of spirit she had. Her question though was interesting and one Haziel couldn’t help but answer how he truly felt.
”God allows me to see with eyes unclouded by hate.”
