Engineering & permitting process begins on Seminole court Posted on October 10, 2014 at 07:04:34 PM by Jeff "Laca" Conway
A large deposit was paid today to Point West Engineering to begin the Engineering, Building and Site plans for a 114' x 28 x 28' new state-of-the-art amateur jai-alai court on private property in Seminole, Florida.
The work will be headed by Michael F. Kelley, PE and our own jai-alai star Anthony Sutton.
The plans are expected to take two weeks with the permitting process with Pinellas County to follow. Verbal approval on the court was obtained several months ago after meetings with the county.
Due to the permitting process with the court near marshlands, there is no date on when the privately owned court will be open. However, verbal approval was given on the court getting approved as designed. Replies: There have been no replies.
